GCSE Results 2025 – hard work pays off

As envelopes opened at Tettenhall College, pupils celebrated as they received their GCSE results today. The hard work, commitment and dedication has paid off and pupils now look forward to their next steps in their educational journeys.

Notable pupil successes include Mijan with a superb performance achieving top grades – seven grade 9s in biology, chemistry, maths, physics, English literature, Spanish and religious studies and two grade 8s in English language and computer science.

Arnold who also secured top grades was delighted with six grade 9s in English literature, biology, chemistry, maths, physics and history and two grade 8s in English language and computer science.

Edward is also celebrating with top grades as he secured two grade 9s, four grade 8s and a grade 7. Lillian continues the top grades trend with two grade 9s, two grade 8s and four grades 7s. Sophie achieved four grade 9s, three grade 8s and two grade 6s, whilst Jack achieved six grade 6s.

It was great to see that pupils achieved a 100% pass rate in Higher Maths, Biology, Combined Science, Computer Science, Art, Drama, Business, Geography, Spanish, French, Chinese, and Polish.

We look forward to supporting many of this cohort as they progress to our sixth form, while also extending a warm welcome to the new pupils joining our community.”
