Ross Wontner (Y11) recently came second in the ISA Athlete of the Month competition for his outstanding commitment to swimming and his performance at the recent ISA National Swimming Championships.
Having joined Tettenhall College 4 years ago as a non-swimmer he developed a passion for the sport and by 2018 was selected to compete in the 50m Para Freestyle at the ISA National Swimming Championships in London.
School swimming coach, Tracy Bate said: “Ross’s success is truly the highlight of my career.”
