We have recently appointed a new school cricket coach in Chris Guest, ECB Level 4 Master Coach. The ECB’s Elite Coach Development Programme consists of the Master Coach Award (UKCC LEVEL 4), which incorporates a Post Graduate Diploma in Personal and Professional Development, a range of Continuous Personal and Professional Development programmes and targeted individual support.
Chris has been working with our pupils for a number of weeks already, and will continue his programme through until Easter and the beginning of the cricket season. Chris’ programme focuses on physical balance throughout each discipline in cricket, so his primary aim is to conduct drills that focus on keeping the individual solid in movement.
