Easter Message from the Headmaster

Posted: 9th April 2020

Dear Parents & Friends of Tettenhall College,

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a happy Easter. Traditionally, Easter celebrates rebirth, new life and beginnings. It is a time for families to unite and share. This is an Easter like no other before. Many families have perhaps shared more time together than they may have done previously. Yet, so many of us are unable to spend time with our wider families and friends. It is a time of anxiety and uncertainty. However, it is also a time when we see the very best in people. However stressful this may be, we should take some comfort from the fact that as a community, nation and world we are sharing a common experience of helping each other, doing our bit and supporting efforts to protect the vulnerable.

We look forward with hope and expectation to the time when normality returns. Most of all, we look forward to welcoming back our pupils. A school is about people, it is about a wide family that cares for all its members. Your efforts in supporting the work of our teachers and the learning of our children both in school and at home demonstrates your commitment to the family that is Tettenhall College.

Thank you for your continued support.

Happy Easter,

Christopher McAllister, Headmaster
