Cooking up an International Feast

The food festival was the best yet. The chef’s worked extremely hard for 5 hours cooking foods from around the globe. Polish chicken soup for starters, a selection of Russian stuffed breads, ginger, lemon chicken, teriyaki chicken, tonkatsu pork, Thai chicken curry, Banitsa and a traditional Slovakian dish called Bryndzove Halutsky. Desserts of Anzac biscuits, Welsh cakes and a selection of cup cakes and kaya French toast. Well done everyone!
