Well done Cameron Kirkbride for representing TC at The Wolverhampton Schools Athletics Championships yesterday and bringing home a sack of medals!
He won the 400m gold medal, with a time of 56.40 seconds and jumped a new personal best, of 5.83m, in the long jump to win his second gold medal. In the 100m sprint he ran against the fastest Year 10 boy in the country in the 100m and came a close second with a personal best time of 10.99 seconds for his silver medal!
Three events, two personal bests, two golds and one silver medal! Not bad for a days work – really proud of you Cameron!
