DESCRIPTION:Years 7\, 8\, 9 Entrance Assessment\nSaturday 30th January 2027\, 8.30am – 12.30pm \nThe Entrance Assessment Day is for pupils looking to join Tettenhall College in Year 7\, 8 or 9 in September 2027. The Entrance Assessment will take place on Saturday 30th January 2027 and on this day pupils will spend a full morning with us at the school. \nIn groups they will complete the following: \n\nThe formal Entrance Assessment is completed in computer rooms and is an assessment delivered by Cambridge CEM (Centre for Evaluation and Monitoring). The assessments cover literacy\, numeracy and non-verbal reasoning.\nA handwritten creative writing task.\nA carousel of activities that have been carefully designed to allow us to assess teamwork\, listening to instructions\, and how children approach new challenges.\n\nFor assessments for a Sport\, Art\, Music or Performing Arts Scholarship Award\, pupils will be invited to attend an appointment in the week prior to\, or immediately after the Entrance Assessment. \nIf you are applying from overseas\, please speak to the Admissions team and we will be pleased to make arrangements for the Entrance Assessment to be completed in your home country. \nRegistration is essential. DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to invite parents and carers looking for Nursery & Pre-School places to our Stay & Play sessions at Tettenhall College\, starting February 2027. \n\n\nSessions are for children aged 1 – 4 years old. Please note: we accept children into Nursery from the age of 2 years old. \n\n\nThese sessions offer a wonderful opportunity for families to experience life in our nurturing early years environment.
