DESCRIPTION:Due to the high level of interest\, these sessions are now fully booked. We are planning to run additional Stay & Play sessions at a future date. \nIf you are considering a place for your child in our Nursery or Pre-School\, we strongly recommend arranging an individual tour and registering at least 12 months in advance. A tour provides a valuable opportunity to see our facilities meet our early years professionals and experience our Nursery & Pre-School in action during a typical school day.  \nComplete the enquiry form here and a member of our Admissions team will be in touch.  \n  \nEvery Friday from 9th January – 13th February 2026 | 9:00am – 11:00am \n\n\nWe are delighted to invite parents and carers looking for Nursery and Pre-School places to our Stay & Play sessions at Tettenhall College Nursery and Pre-School\, starting January 2026! \nSessions are for children aged 1 – 4 years old. Please note: we accept children into Nursery from the age of 2 years old. \n\n\nThese sessions offer a wonderful opportunity for families to experience life in our nurturing early years environment. DESCRIPTION:Years 7\, 8\, 9 Entrance Assessment\nSaturday 31st January 2026\, 8.30am – 12.30pm \nThe Entrance Assessment Day is for pupils looking to join Tettenhall College in Year 7\, 8 or 9 in September 2026. The Entrance Assessment will take place on Saturday 31st January 2026 and on this day pupils will spend a full morning with us at the school. \nIn groups they will complete the following: \n\nThe formal Entrance Assessment is completed in computer rooms and is an assessment delivered by Cambridge CEM (Centre for Evaluation and Monitoring). The assessments cover literacy\, numeracy and non-verbal reasoning.\nA handwritten creative writing task.\nA carousel of activities that have been carefully designed to allow us to assess teamwork\, listening to instructions\, and how children approach new challenges.\n\nFor assessments for a Sport\, Art\, Music or Performing Arts Scholarship Award\, pupils will be invited to attend an appointment in the week prior to\, or immediately after the Entrance Assessment. \nIf you are applying from overseas\, please speak to the Admissions team and we will be pleased to make arrangements for the Entrance Assessment to be completed in your home country. \nRegistration is essential. DESCRIPTION:Join us in our beautiful Victorian theatre when our pupils in senior school and sixth form take to the stage and present – Sister Act. \nThere will be two show stopping performances on Tuesday 31st March and Wednesday 1st April both starting at 6.30pm. \nSister Act is a musical based on the hit 1992 film of the same name with music by Alan Menken\, lyrics by Glenn Slater\, book by Bill and Cheri Steinkellner\, and additional book material by Douglas Carter Beane. \nSister Act the musical follows lounge singer Deloris Van Cartier\, who witnesses a mob murder by her gangster boyfriend\, Curtis\, and is placed in witness protection at a convent as ‘Sister Mary Clarence’. DESCRIPTION:Years 7\, 8\, 9 Entrance Assessment\nSaturday 30th January 2027\, 8.30am – 12.30pm \nThe Entrance Assessment Day is for pupils looking to join Tettenhall College in Year 7\, 8 or 9 in September 2027. The Entrance Assessment will take place on Saturday 30th January 2027 and on this day pupils will spend a full morning with us at the school. \nIn groups they will complete the following: \n\nThe formal Entrance Assessment is completed in computer rooms and is an assessment delivered by Cambridge CEM (Centre for Evaluation and Monitoring).
