I was taught maths by Mr. Chown and spent five years in class, sitting behind Keith Grant-Pearce and in front of Julian Gronow. I was a founder member of the O.T.G.S. and an active member until I retired to France 4 years ago, with my wife of 37 years, Brenda. We live in a XVth century stone farmhouse, set in 5 acres of woodland. Our eldest daughter, Rachel, husband Neal and 2 grandsons live in a house in the grounds and run a successful gite business. Our youngest daughter, Joanne has a G.P. practice in Torbay. We are only a few hours from the Alps and the Med., so a good place to live. I think the magazine is a credit to the school, keep up the good work and best wishes to all who remember me.
