Scholarships are available for pupils
of outstanding academic merit, talented artists, gifted musicians
and exceptional players of sport.
Tettenhall College is a registered charity. As such, the
award of a scholarship is judged on merit but the value of
each scholarship is calculated on the basis of a confidential
means test.
Academic Scholarships of between 10% and a maximum of 50%
are awarded at 11+, at 13+ and at 16+ for entry into the Sixth
Form.
Scholarships are awarded on the basis of assessment or examination,
a report from the candidate’s school and an interview
with the Headmaster.
The Scholarship day for entry in September 2008 is TBA.
Awards of between 10% and 50% of the School fees are available
to candidates who are academically sound and demonstrate outstanding
ability in Music, Art or Sport.
